I was absolutely pleased with the service and work provided by Gerber on Apalachee Parkway. And, Ty is an absolute gem...professional, personable, and on top of her game! She made sure I was taken care of from start to finish and helped me navigate insurance, rental car, etc. Every time I mention how great Gerber Parkway is, the response is always, "isn't Ty just awesome?" Kudos to the entire Gerber Apalachee Parkway team. Everything was great!

My daughter had an accident on her way back to college and we took the car to Gerber collision/glass off of Apalachee Pkwy in Tallahassee. We were welcomed by a beautiful soul by the name of Ti-Hisha B. who runs the place and she totally took charge and took care of my daughter. As a mother who had to leave to go back home the next day and leave my daughter there to finish up with all the details, Ti-Hisha felt my concern and worry and told me she had my daughter and would take care of her. It was such a blessing to know I had someone to take care of her in my absence. She was extremely good at communicating with me and telling me what I needed to do on my end. She cares about the people who come in there mostly shaken up from a terrible accident and knows how to calm their nerves. I will be forever grateful of her care for my daughter ... and me. I had an unfortunate event and got into a car accident with my newly purchased vehicle into the new year. Progressive referred me to Gerber Collison center and I had an extremely smooth process with the team. My car did take a while to get evaluated however the team, Emory, Ty and Eric as well as several others assisted me with removing personal items out of my car and safely secured the items until I can retrieve them. They maintained professionalism and support as they understood I'm a military service member about 4.5 hrs away from the location of the collision center and can't travel immediately to retrieve my items. I'm extremely grateful for individuals like these and although I don't know much about repairs/Collison side as my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I can state that if myself, my colleagues or close ones, were to get into ... an accident I'd refer anyone to this shop! read more
