Three weeks ago my car was hit in a parking lot while I was in a store shopping. The person left after hitting my car without letting me know. I called my insurance company the next day to let them know what happened. They gave me their top 5 places to take my car. I asked for their suggestion because this was the first for me. They said if it was them they would go to Gerber Collision. So I did. My husband & I were greeted when we walked in the door, the lady (sorry I forgot her name) said Lindsey will be right with us. We went outside to look at the damage. Lindsey said she would text with updates, she did and that it would be 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. I returned today to pick up my SUV and she looked brand new. They even cleaned my car inside & out. I brought someone with me so I could return my rental and Lindsey said don't worry about ... it we will take car of it. I was in my car & back at work in less than a 1/2 hour. Thank you Lindsey & everyone at Gerber for being so professional and caring for your customers the way you do. This was my first time to ever be involved in an accident requiring repair. I am a senior and even though I was not at fault, I was really nervous about the process. Lindsey was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout with excellent communication. The reception area was very nice as was the front assistant and the coffee. Whenever I would call the phone was answered promptly by the assistant. The repair work area was very professional and clean. When I finished signing the work order they had my pickup car from Enterprise waiting for me when I walked out the door. The repair turned out perfectly as was the paint match. Black until the sun shines on it and it turns metallic green. Overall a 10 star experience. Highly recommend.

Job completed on time and finished with a clean car. Daily update on the progress so no surprises at the end. Would definetly use Gerber again of the need arises.
