From day one, everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. Especially, Ms. Ty. She places the customer first. You have the right person representing Gerber up front. She gave me some do's and don't regarding the care of my vehicle. I asked for someone to explain the repairs to me. Dawn Miller, the estimator, walked with me around the vehicle showing the things that were replaced, painted, etc. I am very pleased with the service that I was given. I have been so pleased with Gerber Collision on Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee, FL. The front of my car had an incredible amount of damage after a collision with a deer. Dawn, in particular, did my first estimate and texted me twice a week to update me. They did an excellent repair job on the front of my car. No one would ever know it had been in a an accident and I still cannot believe how good it looks. I intend to keep my Rav4 for a very long time and am so grateful your staff did such a great job on it! A big thank you to all of them!
