The lady at the front desk, Berkeley kept me informed and was very friendly. She made the process easy to understand and as painless as possible. She also helped me with Enterprise and getting my rental. When I called to check on my vehicle she always gave me the info I needed. She really went above and beyond. If I need any more repairs I will definitely be back.
