The process was smooth and the repair took quicker than they had estimated. I appreciated being updated on the status of my repair, and dropping off the car at first was very easy. However, when I went to pick up the car, the bumper (which was what they were fixing) had a slight gap between it and the side of the car. The repairman said that was just "how they were made," but the other side of the bumper (which did not need repairs) did not have the gap. He made me feel like they couldn't do much about it, so I didn't push it. I would have appreciated if he could have talked me through other possibilities rather that saying that's the way it is. Other than that, I appreciated how quick and easy it was to work with them.
