The people at the Waxahachie location are world class. Brought in my daughters car for a quote. She backed out of a parking spot and tore out all the plastics under the car. John was amazing! I thought I was going to spend hundreds if not a thousand dollars in repairs. John got it up on a lift to take a look. He saw it was a simple fix. He repaired it on spot at no charge! You just don't find that level of customer service these days. Blew me away! I cant recommend Gerber and John enough. Thank You!

Great job with repairs, everything was done in a timely manner, even a little early, and they communicated with me throughout the process. Things got dicey upon pick up, though. I was supposed to pick up my car during after-hours and had driven several miles to pick it up that day; however, when I arrived, the paperwork along with my keys had been locked in my car. Fortunately, someone was still in the office to try to resolve the issue, otherwise I would have been stranded there on a really hot day, as I had just returned the rental. No one seemed to take responsibility for locking the keys in the car, and the two gentlemen in the shop had to break into my car to get the keys out, which caused more damage to the inside of the door. Everything went 'as advertised' . Once I gout to check out the paint match in the sunlight, I was amazed to see that I could not tell where the new finished and the existing started. The paint is an ivory pearl color, with multiple spots of color within the base color. The match is perfect, and I am more than pleased with the end result.i give your staff and technicians a ten+ on everything! I will recommend you to anyone that needs your services! This was our first experience with Gerber Evanston, but if we ever have another incident we won't hesitate to go back. Nate has been phenomenal, not only in terms of communication but going above and beyond to help us. We had two vehicles that were severely damaged by a fallen tree limb. Knowing that the vehicles would not be able to be transported immediately and would be susceptible to rain, he proposed a solution to protect the vehicles and drove out to wrap them in plastic to prevent further damage. This was immensely appreciated. When something unexpected like this happens, it's great to have a company that goes the extra mile to help their customers in a difficult circumstance. From the very beginning, she assured us that she would provide updates every Tuesday and Thursday, and she followed through on that commitment exactly as promised. Brandy also handled all of the insurance and rental car arrangements accurately and efficiently, making the process completely stress-free for us. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. The quality of the repair exceeded our expectations. David gave me a clear description of what was damaged on my car and when to expect the repairs to be done. He kept me posted on what was happening daily. My car looked great when I picked it up. The repair was done beautifully and it was cleaned inside and out. Hope never to have to visit them again, but they would be my first choice if it became necessary.
