Not only did Jared and his team do a great job on repairing the damage to my car but they also noticed my radiator was leaking and they replaced that as well , I can't say enough about USAA taking care of the damages to my car and Jared's team separately taking care of the radiator as well and at a resonable price. From the day of my accident on June 24, the entire team made a stressful experience so much easier. Jenny welcomed me with kindness, Daisy kept me updated every step of the way, and Aaron's first question when I picked up my car was how I was doing after the accident. That meant so much to me. I was expecting my car on July 28, but they had it ready by July 10! The repairs were excellent, but what stood out most was how genuinely they cared. We need more businesses like this. I expect an initial estimate of damages to auto. is it worth repairing and so on. I handed in a key and work authorization. But I'm sure you won't work on it till we agree on working on it. to start the car one must push inward in the ignition mechanism. push in and turn it over.

Philip the manager and his staff Diana as well as the technician Jose were amazing! Someone had tried to steal my car so the culprit broke the lock cylinder and jammed something in the ignition. They ordered parts from the dealership, replaced my battery and delivered my vehicle two days before the expected date! And they always answered my call. I paid 100 dollars deductible as per my insurance and insurance (State Farm) took care of the rest! This was my first experience and they made the whole process so easy!
