The Service I got from Gerber Collision & Glass in Deland FL was "OUTSTANDING" Tom and the whole team was great and the job they did on my Car was the best I have ever seen. I was very pleased with the professional work done to repair damage to my Nissan Juke. Additional damage was discovered when the repairmen got into the guts of the damaged door, resulting in having to order an entire new door. Repairs were completed on time and the paint job matched perfectly.

Sandra was the best! Someone did a hit and run while my minivan was parked, the deductible was 500, so I opted to pay for the broken mirror myself. Sandra took care of canceling my claim, researched the used parts that looked great to reduce costs! They set the appt and did the repair in record time and cleaned-up the vehicle for pickup. She is very professional helpful and attentive considering this was a very small job. I will refer all my clients and friends to this business in Valrico Florida!

I want to let you know about the wonderful customer service I received at you store located on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, Florida. I took a 2008 Nissan Altima to your store with a problem with panel under the passenger door. My wife had stumbled while getting in the car and she stepped on this panel to steady herself. Apparently this panel is not weight bearing, it broke loose right under the door. I told Shawn M. all of the above and he diagnosed the problem as a broken clip and took care of the problem on the spot. This wonderful customer service I received is highly commendable and I wanted to bring this to your attention.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service of Gerber Collision Zephyrhills, FL location. The body work completed on my vehicle went over and beyond my expectations. They did an EXCELLENT job to say the least!! Gerber's receptionist, Ray was AWESOME! She was very helpful and informative. I would like to specifically recognize the Manager/Estimate at this location Rylee Etherton for his honesty and excellent service. It's hard to find honest people these days when money is involved but I can assure that Rylee is one of the few that are left. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and dedication put into repairing my vehicle. It's no wonder he's the Manager at this location, his work ethic speaks for itself. The service and communication is very professional. I like the text for updates .vs. calling. Getting to your office just after 5pm, James is very understanding and in no-way does he rush you out the door due to it's time to close. I can not say enough on this location but, to say, thanks, I will be back and highly recommend James and Wendy to be employee's of the month.
