Great service! Scott was very professional and courteous! It was a pleasure dealing with him. Open, honest, polite and prompt: all the qualities you are looking for anywhere. Thank you so much, Scott! Car looks great too, whoever was taking care of it back in the garage, thank you very much!

Tom S. did a great job working with me on car. State Farm are a pain, but it had nothing to do with Gerber. Third time since March for us, every time great service

I would give them even more stars. Scott Washburn did an excellent job of keeping me informed as work progressed. Mike, the shop manager, was extremely polite. Darlene W. is an excellent receptionist. The work on my car was done very satisfactorily. I am very satisfied and glad that USAA recommended Gerber.

Absolutely wonderful service! My first time having to go to a collision repair and they were so friendly and efficient. My car looks just like new. They made sure to keep me updated with everything through the process. Even cleaned my car inside and out which was so unexpected but greatly appreciated :) Also, I didn't have to take my rental back, they took care of that, which really helped with my schedule! I will go back if I ever need a repair again!

As always, fantastic customer service. Took only 2 days to patch up my HHR's crumpled front fender. Looks like new. Tom S. is just great!

I want to thank Lisa and the entire Gerber team for the great job and outstanding service you provided in restoring my new Acura after a deer decided 'attack' it. I could not have asked for more courteous and professional attention to my every concern and I very much appreciated the updates I received as my job progressed through each stage. Why can't more companies understand that this is how you earn five stars and true loyalty! Thanks:)

Joseph was excellent, as well as the young lady in the front desk. My chrysler was treated with the same respect as any car that was there. And seeing it washed was a very pleasant surprise.
