Excellent Job on the body. Everybody that worked there was very courteous. My only complaint was that I was told my car would be ready and it wasn't. I work and I wasted time dropping of the rental car then found out my car wasn't ready. I had to reapply for a rental car. The girl in the office told me that she had gotten very busy and had meant to call and tell me that my car would not be ready. I surely would not have wasted my time running back and forward with the rental cars.

Everyone at this facility was professional. Robin helped me when the other insurance company could not find my contract that was issued by the other vehicles insurance company. The work was done when promised and seems to be first rate. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. My back bumper was replaced, and you cannot see the difference between the new bumper and the old.

I would like to say this has been the best experience after getting over the initial shock of the accident. Kristen Asbell contacted me on a regular basis letting me know at what stage they were at with repairing my car. Although I never met the repairman personally there is not doubt in my mind that he took his time and fixed everything in a professional manner due to the correspondence I had with Kristen. I even called her when I found out the time frame was a little longer than I needed due to going on vacation she said she would let the Tech know and see what they could do and they finished with it much faster than anticipated. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! KRISTEN IS AN AWESOME ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!

10 STARS for DARREN at this location. My first interaction with Gerber was Sept/Oct 2013 after someone smashed my left driver door of my Ford Explorer; Darren was terrific throughout that claim. Today, I had a small issue with my son's 10-yr old Jetta and Darren was able to assist me and with a smile on his face, a handshake and resolution of the issue within 15 min. I am a retired Children's Hospital Nursing Administrator and I was responsible for "Customer Service" there. I wish I would have had someone of Darren's caliber to assist families. Never let him go elsewhere!!! He is wonderful!!!

The workers there are so great! They try to help you in every way they can; very kind and generous! Especially Denise D. who provided us with great help as we were on vacation at the time. My wife said she felt like this woman was like an angel sent from heaven, she had no obligation to help us out with several things and yet she did. They did an excellent job too, thanks to their repairs we made it home safely; thank you so much!

This is the second time we have had need of Gerber's service. The body work was very well done. It appears impossible to determine where the scrape was. The only negative was that the mirror in the right front review mirror housing almost fell out of the housing of the new right front rear view mirror assembly the first time the car was hand washed after receiving the car back from the repair. The technicians are obviously highly skilled but also perform their jobs with pride... I felt that they went well beyond what was required and they treated my 10 year old car like I do- with tender loving care!

Being in any type of accident is never a good experience, and I've never been in one until this one. However, the Gerber team in Clermont managed to make me feel that all will be okay. From arranging the towing company to pick up my car to the follow up on status of my car, it was a amazing experience. Scott M. was 'on it' at all times, keeping us up to date...Thank you Scott, you rock!!! and thank you Dereck and Christina and the entire team. They were all very helpful and with a great attitude...I think I even want to work there now!!! LOL! Thank you again and may you continue to be blessed!!!
