I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready in less than 4 days when i expected over a week! the staff is very pleasant, willing to answer questions, explained what needed to be done ahead then showing and explaining what was done when i picked up my car! It had also been washed. I will definitely recommend this shop. Hopefully I will not need to be there again. Thank you. Dulce and Catherine sere a big help in the office

This was my first experience with Gerber--however, I had received "favorable" recommendations from friends. Their customer service is impeccable. My car needed some additional mechanical work after the body work was completed, and I had "maxed" out with State Farm for car rental. Gerber picked up my car rental for an additional week until my car was ready for pickup. Constantly expressed genuine concern for my well-being and "went over and beyond" to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thanks Deana, Melissa and Tim.

I was rear ended very hard in my 04 Honda Accord, USAA recommended Gerber C&G of DeLand and I delt with Tom. The repair looks fantastic, as good as new. Dealing with Gerber C&G couldn't have been easier. Everything I was told during the initial estimate was accurate and they finished two days ahead of schedule.
