Tom did and Outstanding job and completed work ahead of schedule! I surely appreciate the extra mile Tom went for me. I had a little trouble with my rental car, but Tom made a few calls to up set-up other arrangements for me. Thank You!! Yes I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to my family and friends!!!

Everyone at the Deland, Fl. location was very helpful. It's hard enough to deal with a accident, but they made it easier to get through the whole experience. A special thank you to George, who went out of his way to keep me informed. Even though the repair took longer than originally estimated, George kept me informed and made the process easy to understand. Great customer service!

In 2012, Gerber transformed my car, mangled in a rear end collision, to showroom new. I have been singing Gerber's praises ever since the care your technicians put into that repair. It was an amazing job. I have had to call on your Kirkman store 2-3 times since the accident for other minor jobs and every time, the work has been cheerfully and professionally done -- while I waited! Customer service can be a lost art nowadays but Gerber restores my faith in service and quality workmanship.

While my insurance company pointed me to Gerber, in the end it was the type of business i would have sought out myself. Communication was timely throughout the process. It is also clear that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance at this location. Nybia M., specifically, went above and beyond to provide an excellent overall experience. It's refreshing to find a business that still knows the importance of true customer service.
