The only person I dealt with was a young man named Tyler. He was able to take care of my problems within my timeline and finances. His professionalism and courtesy will be the reason I return to Gerber, if need be. Thank you for a job well done.

WAS GIVEN ACCURATE AND UP TO DATE STATUS INFORMATION ON MY MUSTANG THE ENTIRE TIME, UPON ARRIVAL WAS GREETED NOT ONLY BY OFFICE STAFF BUT THE GENTLEMAN WHO COMPLETED THE ACTUAL WORK ON MY VEHICLE, AND I MUST SAY , IT LOOKS AMAZING.

I chose Gerber because my insurance company recommended using you and since your location was very near my home (about 1.3 miles). Katie and Michele were outstanding office ladies. Katie did a very fast review of the work I needed done and quoted a final price in a short time. Michele was also great in printing up the estimates, etc. My deductible didn't cover the cost, but I chose to go ahead with the mirror replacement. It was ordered and arrived within about three days. Next day I drove my car to the shop and Michele drove me back home. In a couple of hours, Katie called to let me know it was finished and Michele came down to pick me up to get the car. Excellent service by all! Thanks.

The best kind of service is one that is uneventful. There was superior work accomplished on my vehicle, the commitment for when the vehicle would be ready was also accomplished and probably the most important aspect of the visit was the commendable people skills of the total staff at the facility. A well oiled operation with dedicated and competent staff.
