FL - 1925 S Woodland Blvd, Deland - 6/2/15

I was having some work done after someone backed into my driver side of my car breaking the window and denting the door. Since Geico was her insurance company and to pay the damages, I worked it out with George to take off the front driver side front fender off too which was dented and fix that repair at my expense since it was the best time to have it done was they were to work on that repair for Geico. Wonderful job and reasonable too. Nice place and friendly people and Kelly a big help too at the front desk.

Excellent professional service from the first associate until the last. A clear estimate of price and repair with a projected date of completion. This is the wife's car and she also was very pleased at the level of service and the quality of workmanship. We would recommend Gerber to all friends and neighbors.

General Manager, Michael H was very professional. Mr. Hernandez explained exactly was was going to be done and my car was ready ahead of the estimate. I would highly recommend this location.

I was involved in a hit and run accident the night of May 26,2015 at Universal Orlando's Resort Cabana Bay Beach Resort that had me stranded in Orlando with my two girls two extra nights then I had intended on staying. The next day my local State Farm Agent here in Alabama referred me to Gerber Collision & Glass on LB McLeod Rd in Orlando, Fl. They were awesome Nybia M ,Willie R (Manager) were the Best they got my 2015 Hyundia Sonata rear end repairs fixed in a few hours and I was on my way home to Alabama late that Friday night. Just wanna say Thanks so much Gerber Collision & Glass on LB McLeod Rd....

I was recently involved in an accident and my vehicle was towed to Gerber Collision, Deland, Fl. I promptly received a call from their employee, George B, informing me he did in fact have my vehicle, He patiently explained the next process, and gave me directions to the shop. Upon my arrival, George was already doing preliminary work on my car. He was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, genuine, outwardly trustworthy, and put me immediately at ease during this difficult time. George is an asset to Gerber Collision, and I feel he went above and beyond. That would also include the gal behind the desk, who offered me a Kleenex upon learning my vehicle was a total loss. This multi-bay shop was impressive, organized, clean, and very professional.

What a wonderful experience. Although my first time I can't imagine it being any better. The person that spent most time with me was Erica. Knowledgeable comforting and second too none service. I will say that if undercover boss ever does a show on Gerber she would undoubtedly get some big gifts from the CEO. A true company type person a real asset to Gerber. Not to leave out the quality workmanship by Gerber TERRIFIC JOB GUYS. .........

I brought my car to Gerber on Monday morning and had it back Tuesday afternoon. George took care of me and he did a fantastic job. One of the most wonderful event occurred when my bill had been substantially lowered by George because of a charge being removed. I was so relieved especially since I was paying out of pocket. I will surely recommend Gerber to all my friends. Gerber was recommended to by by an owner of a fleet of taxis. Too bad I cannot add more stars.
