I am writing immediately after receiving excellent service from your College Station shop. I cannot say enough good things about the craftmanship and superior customer service I received. After my car accident I needed body work and there was no question where I would take my car. I followed Matt from his former employer because he had done such a fantastic job of getting my car repaired there after hail damage . He did another excellent job at Gerber. He is personable , thorough and efficient. He explained all the steps along the way and got the repairs done in a timely fashion. The receptionist Amanda was also great. The body work that Gerber provided was top notch. You cannot tell that my car had been hit. Even though it is never good to have to part with your car for body work, Matt, this office and the body work technicians made this ... task much easier on me. I was hit in a parking lot. Messed my fender/bumper. All of the employees at Gerber that I had any interaction with were very nice & very helpful. My car was finished quickly (before time given) & the car looked great. I was very satisfied with everything connected to getting my car repaired. If I have a need in the future for auto body work I would not hesitate to use Gerber again & would recommend to my friends.

From the First Day I drove in to obtain the required USAA Estimate, the Agent was superbly professional and confident of the task to be. Stan guaranteed me a professional job with OEM results. Superbly friendly and knowledgeable of the mission to repair the damaged part of the vehicle. Stan kept me updated with the status of the job at all times. I was very content with his work and detailed information provided at the time of each call. On the Day of Pick Up, 07 Days exact to the time of Drop Off, the vehicle was immaculate. Clean, Washed and detailed outside to its best. I appreciate this. The work was amazing. I have to be honest I was a bit concerned of the outcome.
