I was so upset when my new truck was hit. I was almost as worried about having it fixed and not knowing if it would ever be the same. Gerber Collision did such an amazing job I'm back to having a new truck.

Sandra was the best! Someone did a hit and run while my minivan was parked, the deductible was 500, so I opted to pay for the broken mirror myself. Sandra took care of canceling my claim, researched the used parts that looked great to reduce costs! They set the appt and did the repair in record time and cleaned-up the vehicle for pickup. She is very professional helpful and attentive considering this was a very small job. I will refer all my clients and friends to this business in Valrico Florida!

I want to let you know about the wonderful customer service I received at you store located on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, Florida. I took a 2008 Nissan Altima to your store with a problem with panel under the passenger door. My wife had stumbled while getting in the car and she stepped on this panel to steady herself. Apparently this panel is not weight bearing, it broke loose right under the door. I told Shawn M. all of the above and he diagnosed the problem as a broken clip and took care of the problem on the spot. This wonderful customer service I received is highly commendable and I wanted to bring this to your attention.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in immediately and had the work done in a timely manner. I appreciated the update calls I received while they had my car and it was done on time as promised. Great group of employees at this location.

Excellent job, but it took longer than anticipated. However I was kept informed on the job status.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service of Gerber Collision Zephyrhills, FL location. The body work completed on my vehicle went over and beyond my expectations. They did an EXCELLENT job to say the least!! Gerber's receptionist, Ray was AWESOME! She was very helpful and informative. I would like to specifically recognize the Manager/Estimate at this location Rylee Etherton for his honesty and excellent service. It's hard to find honest people these days when money is involved but I can assure that Rylee is one of the few that are left. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and dedication put into repairing my vehicle. It's no wonder he's the Manager at this location, his work ethic speaks for itself. I also would like to thank this location for accommodating me with a vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. I ... would highly recommend Gerber Collision, Zephyrhills, FL location without hesitation for all your repair/collision needs. They ROCK!! read more

The service and communication is very professional. I like the text for updates .vs. calling. Getting to your office just after 5pm, James is very understanding and in no-way does he rush you out the door due to it's time to close. I can not say enough on this location but, to say, thanks, I will be back and highly recommend James and Wendy to be employee's of the month.

Excellent Job on the body. Everybody that worked there was very courteous. My only complaint was that I was told my car would be ready and it wasn't. I work and I wasted time dropping of the rental car then found out my car wasn't ready. I had to reapply for a rental car. The girl in the office told me that she had gotten very busy and had meant to call and tell me that my car would not be ready. I surely would not have wasted my time running back and forward with the rental cars.

Everyone at this facility was professional. Robin helped me when the other insurance company could not find my contract that was issued by the other vehicles insurance company. The work was done when promised and seems to be first rate. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. My back bumper was replaced, and you cannot see the difference between the new bumper and the old.

I would like to say this has been the best experience after getting over the initial shock of the accident. Kristen Asbell contacted me on a regular basis letting me know at what stage they were at with repairing my car. Although I never met the repairman personally there is not doubt in my mind that he took his time and fixed everything in a professional manner due to the correspondence I had with Kristen. I even called her when I found out the time frame was a little longer than I needed due to going on vacation she said she would let the Tech know and see what they could do and they finished with it much faster than anticipated. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! KRISTEN IS AN AWESOME ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!
