Total class at this office and great work!!!!!! I have HIGHLY recommended them to Liberty Mutual. Carl O. ROCKS as do the other gals in the office. I have never had to do this before (collision repair), and it was not the excruciating experience I expected. I have, as a Mercedes owner, already recommended this location to two friends who have scratches and dings on THEIR Mercedes:) Great work and great teamwork!

I have to applaud your receptionist Nancy she was always on point called me with updates through out repair. I am not sure even who the rep was at the shop that did the estimate She was in contact with me the whole process and even called me after the repair was complete on the following week to make sure I was still doing okay with my car Please give her all my thanks she is a great asset to your company I almost want to wreck again just to deal with her (hahahaha) thank you Gerber!!!!! I will recommend you to anyone I come in contact with that needs a car repair

Shawn, the office personnel, as well as the technicians were absolutely fabulous! Shawn was very courteous and helpful and put my mind at ease reassuring me that they could buff out the 3 foot scratch alongside the right side of my Armada and would only take less than 15 minutes. A couple of days later I brought my SUV back for the service, and as promised.....everyone delivered and my car looks like it was NEVER scratched...it was done professionally and I drove my car out of the parking lot in less than 15 minutes!!! I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone in need of auto body repair. You all ROCK! Thank you ssooo much!!

I had a small area paint issue with my F350 truck and stopped at Gerber Collision & Glass to get an estimate. I spoke with Shawn and he helped me to get the problem fixed. If it wasn't for Shawn being honest I could have spent a lot more money than I could afford. I will use Gerber Collision & Glass for all my needs and would recommend them to all my friends and family.
