I am a retired member of the USAF, spending over 23 years at various locations throughout the United States and Europe. I currently serve as the Safety and Security Manager for Aspire Healthcare. We employee over 1000 people in central Florida. I met Darren R. (Estimator) on 1/27/14 when i was asked by the USAA adjuster to take my car to the Amelia street location for an estimate.It is not often you meet someone like Darren, from start to finish he makes you feel like royalty, he was extremely knowledgable, full speed ahead attitude an attention to detail was second to none.He delived as promised an much more. Thanks.

I was in a car accident on 10DEC2013 and my car was transported to Gerber Collision on 11DEC2013 for repairs. Tom Stokes was my estimator and he was amaving. He kept me up to date on everything, the ordering of parts for my car and even the status on my car for when it was being broken down and being serviced. Tom called me twice a week to give me updates on my car. My car looks great and I am now happy again. Thank you Tom S and Gerber Collision.

Today I met Samantha M. and Robert D. Samantha took my order and then got back to making a lot of efficient calls to customers & insurance carriers. Robert Drain saw my problem as a 5-minute issue and volunteered to have my bumper bent back for free. I cannot tell you how impressive he was and how professional. I will tell my friends and I will be back. It only took 5 minutes but it was sooooo appreciated.
