This Gerber location was amazing! My car was broken into, stereo stolen and my center console along with my door handles were broken. It, needless to say, was a crappy situation to be in - especially with the holidays right around the corner. From the moment of the first phone call the staff was very sympathetic and helpful to my troubles. My estimator was incredibly friendly and somehow managed to make this poor situation a pleasant one. When I went to pick up the car it was amazing!. Not only was everything fixed, but it also looked as though they had washed and vacuumed out the car. I was so thankful I couldn't help but to hug my estimator. So thank you to this location, showing some amazing customer service and care even when they were stuck working Christmas Eve. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.

Just had a bumper replaced by the Apopka collision center. Melanie B was wonderful and made the process seamless for me. I know just a bumper is no big deal but I had a few request and she accommodated me easily. She and the rest of the team are super stars. I can not forget the young lady at teh front desk that greeted me when I came in, very friendly and always smiling. Sorry I don't remember her name. Thank You!!

I took my care in to have the front bumper repaired on my Honda Accord. I dropped my car off on the morning of Wednesday, 12/11. My car was ready in less than 2 days, and I was able to pick it up on the afternoon of Friday, 12/13. This was much quicker than I was expecting. Manny R. was the associate who assisted me throughout the process. Manny, along with the rest of the staff were extremely professional and friendly. The quality of work the staff did on my car was second to none. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. If I ever need glass or auto body work done to my car in again, I will certainly bring it back to this location and I will also recommend Gerber to anybody in need of glass or auto body repair in the future.
