I can't say enough about the quality of work and the customer service I received at Gerber Collision. I couldn't believe my eyes at how the paint matched, the way my car looked and how Gerber cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. I don't think a person could get any better quality of work and professional customer service than at Gerber!

If you had 100 stars to rate this store I would give it happily. The customer service is outstanding. Tom is fantastic. From the first time we walked in the door he was professional,caring and well informed. He kept us informed the entire time the truck was in the shop. He made sure the insurance was taken care of properly and he looked out for our best interests. The work on the truck was beautiful and we are very impressed. The young lady at the front desk is very nice and was a pleasure to work with. Tom took a very stressful situation and made our life much easier with all his help. Thank you so much and rest assure we will be happy to refer you to everyone we know.

The customer service there was great. From Geico to Enterprise was a chain reaction of great customer service. Brad@gerber was very helpful and was very willing to do whatever it takes to get me to be completely satisfied... I've never felt so at ease with a process as much as I did when I came to that shop. And Brad let me know if you have any other issues to come back and he will personally take care of them.... Gerber will get a 100% of my business and my friends and family business.

The Forsyth Rd. Orlando branch of Gerber Collision did an excellent job repairing our car, and the whole experience was made more pleasant by the attentive and friendly service provided. When dropping off the damaged car and picking it up later, both times we never waited more than a minute or two before being served. Keep up the good work!

Staff was extremely courtesy, personable, and provided very quick and efficient service from review of my car's damage, providing me with the rental and the fixing of my car. When I went to pick my car up and I told the receptionist my name, another gentle within the establishment knew which car was mine from hearing my name and stopped what he was doing and immediately brought my car. Very impressive!

This was my second time utilizing service, and everything between customer service and body work was great! I was provided with a contact, which called me to notify me of my vehicle's status from beginning to end. I received text updates as well. All damages caused by my accident were repaired and restored.
