I had the pleases of working with Mr. Darryl H. with my auto and glass repair this past week. He made sure that I understood everything about what was wrong with the jeep as to the damages that had accorded due to the accident I was involved in this past January. He answered any and all question that I had and made it every easy with working with USAA. I knew i could leave my Jeep there and it would be well taken care of and it proven to be true when more damage were found under the jeep when the bumper was taken off. (I was rear ended) He called me that day and told me what they found what they needed to do and still kept it within the original repair days. You have no idea how relieved I was when I not only found out that I would not have to ex stead the days on the rental car but that I knew I would be well taken care of by Mr. Hackett ... and the entire staff at Gerber collision and glass. They building was clean and easy to find. The staff was so pleasant to deal with and bared with me while i waited for my rental car to come pick me up. I will recommend everyone to Gerber collision and glass in a heart beat!!! read more

My total experience was outstanding from when I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist, Jackie, to when I picked up my car from Brad. They both know how to treat a customer, a distraught one, and it is obvious that excellent Customer Service is a priority. Both are extremely knowledgable, and explained entire process of what would happen, which was a great comfort to me. I love to know what is going on and I did. I got the estimate the same day. I was constantly informed about the status of the repairs and was very satisfied with the amount of time it took to be finished. The rental car process was the easiest I have ever had. I was treated so well and was so overcome with the results that I almost cried, and I rarely do that! Unfortunately, I have missed the calls from the people who do your follow up survey. If I had ... spoken to them, I would have rated every question with the highest possible score...a TEN. And that Is what the people in your Altamonte Springs location have earned and deserve. Of course, I hope that I never have us Gerber Collision again, but as far as I am conserved, it is the only one that exists. I will spread the word, too. Please share this review with them. I had the misfortune of some kind of animal getting into my vehicle. This critter caused great damage to the interior of my vehicle, and appeared to still be in there. My vehicle was towed to Gerber. Mike B. the General Manager there was exceptional. Of course they had never dealt with something like this before. He went above and beyond to make sure that this critter was not still in my vehicle. He even hired a trapper. Still unsure what it was, but it appears to be gone now. They did have my vehicle for quite sometime and Mike was great at keeping me up to date and assuring me that it had left the vehicle. I would diffently recommend your service to anyone in need of repairs. Great customer Service.

From the time I started with these guys all the way to the time I drove my car away, it was an AWESOME experience! I personally work as a customer service manager for a major online distributor and I am thoroughly impressed with the team Gerber has at this location. Tina was the first person I dealt with because I had to call her to get the process going. She was more than helpful in making sure I had all information I needed, and was VERY patient with me while I tried to figure out which insurance company I would be able to go through (at first it was mine, but once we caught the guy who left the scene of the accident it switched to his). From there, I dealt with Bob and Silvio. Most of the process was done with Silvio, with Bob willing to answer any questions I had while Silvio was on the phone or helping anyone else. Every single thing ... that Silvio said would be done for me was done and he and the entire team here went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of quickly and efficiently. I had to get the whole passenger side of my car re-done AND my front and back bumpers and it took less than 72 hours for all work to be done to full completion. Silvio was always willing to answer any extra questions I had, and even worked with me so that I could pay a little out of pocket to fix some pre-existing damage that wouldn't be covered by the others guys insurance. My Chrysler Sebring now looks better than the day I bought it and I cannot express my gratitude! I also want to add that wait times, whether on the phone or in person, were slim to none, and if I was waiting for any reason at all, I never felt "out of the loop." The text service that told me the steps of where my car was at was also a GREAT touch from a customer perspective. I never felt the need to call because information was being freely given to me. I truly so not believe that I have ever had a better customer service experience with any other business. This team took my bad experience of being a victim of a hit and run, and turned it into a positive by returning to me a vehicle that I can once again be proud to drive. I wish many blessings for this team and for Gerber in the coming year. Thank you ALL for what you have done and continue to do every day! read more

I want to say that everyone from the receptionist to Shawn M. were extremely professional. There were issues with our insurance company who wanted to depreciate the exhaust system, which would have cost us over $300 above our deductible. Needless to say we were not in a great mood when we went to the collision shop. After explaining the issue to Shawn he promised to see what he could do the help us alleviate the up charge. AND HE DID. The work was beautiful and his professionalism was outstanding. Kudos to everyone that we dealt with, they are first class.

I brought in the car of an elderly neighbor (93) who had damaged her gasoline cap & cover, but didn't remember doing it. Explained the circumstances to Riley, as well as the fact that she has very little money and is planning on selling the car. He was able to reattach the gas cap, although not perfect, was definitely usable, and he did so without charge. He wouldn't even take the tip we wanted to give him. We will definitely recommend his Gerber shop to all our friends and neighbors. We give him 5 stars. Thank you
