I will recommend Gerber to everyone. Scott M. went out of his way to help during the repairs. This was my first and hopefully last accident. He handled everything with the insurance company for me and kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. He was so helpful and professional. Gerber is fortunate to have him as an employee.

I stopped in late in the afternoon to have some paint looked at that vandals put on the hood of my vehicle. It was looked at quickly and found that it could be buffed out. The paint was gone in less than 30 minutes and I was told thanks for stopping in and don't worry about any charges. Great customer service. Thanks

We have never been so pleased with a body shop in our lives. The front staff: Lisa and Tania are wonderful, friendly and very delightful to work with. The folks in the collision area did a fantastic job fixing the large ding in the drivers door and the damage to the front bumper from contact with a carport post. You can not tell that the drivers door was repainted or that any work had to be done to the car. We will recommend Gerber to everyone we know who needs body work done. The price and time were both very agreeable with us and we are extremely pleased with our overall experience. Thank you for having the wonderful staff who made this so easy on us both.

Rylee E. and your Zephyrhills, FL shop exceeded my expectations which are always high. When my new Toyota truck was nerfed in a parking lot I was not happy. When my Toyota dealer said they used Gerber Collision I was fine with that due to my excellent relationship with them. Thanks Rylee, and Gerber, my truck is now as new...and I am very happy about that.

I had my car hood and top painted at this location the last week of June. The service was excellent. I got the car back much faster than I had thought and it looks perfect. I could not believe how well it all blended. The customer service and service people were knowledgeable and professional while being friendly. I would recommend your location to anyone. First accident in over 50 years of driving and first experience with a collision center. I have been greatly impressed with the staff at the Lutz facility. The customer service was impressive and well beyond expectations. The daily text messages and or phone calls were appreciated. The service and quality of the repair could not have been better. Hated that I needed your service but I am glad Gerber took care of my needs. Special thanks to Lisa for her keeping me informed throughout the process and also a special thanks to the wonderful lady who is at the welcome desk. I neglected to get her name but she is an outstanding employee. Thanks for making this as painless as possible.
