Excellent experience. My husband was recently involved in an accident (rear-ended). We made an appointment with Gerber Collision's Altamonte Springs, Florida location for the estimate/repairs. Everyone we encountered could not have been more professional and helpful. We were updated regularly and the whole process was hassle free. We would highly recommend this location to anyone needing vehicle repairs. If there was an 11 out of 10..... just say'in

Nybia M. was my service consultant. She did a great job. The estimate was done quickly. The work was finished ahead of schedule. And she was great at keeping me informed. She also had a lot of personality which helped with handling the pain of the collision work.

Great service by Rylee E., the general manager. Found me a replacement door for an older car, didn't need to be painted, and at a very fair price. Arrived when promised and in condition described. Would be happy to do business with again, but I hope I don't have to!!!

Repair looks beautiful, technician appears to have pride in his work. Office staff extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If collision repair is required in the future, this is where I will go.
