I have never been so impressed as I was with the compassion and professionalism I encountered from the good folks at Gerber Tallahassee. I am a veteran and I am also disabled. I was in a very serious accident and was having tremendous difficulties in trying to deal with all the aspects of an accident like that. Virginia, who works the front desk was incredibly kind and compassionate and determined to help me in every way she could. She handled the details of having my truck brought back to Tallahassee from out of state where the accident occurred. She made sure all of the details were taken care of and that I would not have to exert any unnecessary effort. In addition; Josh, another employee, showed exemplary customer service and dedication above and beyond what one would expect of someone in his position. He kept in constant contact with ... me, often updating me several times throughout the day on what was happening. When I encountered resistance from the insurance company on what they would and would not cover, Josh took it upon himself to call them on my behalf and attempt to get them to cover all of the necessary repairs. He succeeded in not only getting them to cover all the damages, but also in alleviating the tremendous stress I was under in trying to deal with all of these different factors. I cannot thank the incredible employees of Gerber enough for helping me through a very difficult situation with the utmost kindness and respect. I will be telling all of my friends to use Gerber in the future. Thank you all so much!!!! read more

Unfortunately my 2011 GMC Sierra was brought in after it was in a accident. Once I arrived to sign paperwork I was warmly greeted by Wendy Bernal who informed me she would be handling my repairs. Wendy kept me informed of the status of my truck repairs throughout the entire process. The only dissatisfaction I had is the work completed by an off-site, contracted, repair facility. Wendy is making everything right and I really appreciate her making sure I am completely satisfied.

Excellent service, polite, and ahead of schedule. They even drove me to collect my rental car when Enterprise could not come and get me. My car looks as good as new again. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone!

I had to have body work performed on my truck recently. What I expected to be a bad experience turned out to be just the opposit. Everyone was very polite and professional especially Kristen. She told me exactly what to expect and guided me through the entire experience. She had the answer to all my questions and made me feel confident about the work being done. I have my truck back now (just when they said I would get it back) and the work was flawless. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do it will be Gerber.

The staff at gerber collision and glass on blanding is great!!!! I am a person that is very influenced by the customer service in any company; being in the customer service field in the military myself; and rarely take out the time to give excillent reviews. However, this review is very well deserved. I have never been to an auto facility where I was truely treated with respect. I didn't expect the company to keep in touch with USAA and me while my car was in the shop. Having your own USAA representative really helps a lot and Wendy was great keeping me and USAA updated on my car's status. When it came to my car's service, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Wendy was always one step ahead of me and so polite and patient. They went out of there way to check the allinment, tires and even wash it. I know I have an excellent insurance ... company and your company showed me how well they screen the company's they do business with, when it comes to there customers concerns. Thank you, to all the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass (Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL) for being so respectful and welcoming. BRAVO ZULU!!!!! read more

The repair was, I think a relatively small one being estimated under $5,000. But the complications (none the fault of GCG) took what was to be a 3 day affair to one that stretched into 10 days. Through it all, I must say that Mr Rylee E. and all his staff at your Zephyrhills location conducted business from a customer service point of view at the highest professional level. That's a statement I am rarely able to make in 2014! Add to that, the end result of the work performed on my Mercedes sedan is perfect. I can't tell the post Gerber car from the one I took delivery of some 20 months ago. If you have a moment, make Rylee aware of my comments.

I had my car fixed on 6/26 at Gerber and they did a phenomenal job. The csr was very informative and knowledgeable of what was going on. The manager mark was very easy to work with he kept me informed. The office manager tina is just simply amazing. The detailer zak went above and beyond what he had too by buffing out some old damage on my vehicle. All in all they were all simply amazing! I give them a 5!
