From intake to completion, I was notified throughout the repair process. Respectful service and concern were the hallmarks of my 'take-away". So, although upset I needed the repair, Virginia and Josh and all the staff helped to make restoration of my vehicle as uncomplicated as possible.

Excellent work on my car door and back rim! If I didn't know it was my car it looked brand new and never damaged at all. Service was wonderful from Rosa and repairs were done ahead of schedule as well. Thanks for the great work, will use again if someone else crashes in me again.

They do the right thing. We went to a competitor initially, but we got inconsistent results from the people. The people here at Gerber are phenomenal. They take care of you from start to finish and give you good quality work. We even had another perceived issue (which in retrospect wasn't) but they took care of it. Great price and great quality and a USAA repair facility. I'd go back to them in a heartbeat.

The service I received here was amazing! Brittney handled each call professionally and puntcual, this was my very first fender bender and Im not from FL so I was feeling so lost on what I was going to do for transportation, Mark was able to rent me a vehicle which took a huge load off my shoulder. As a single mother too this meant so much. I will HIGHLY reccommend Gerber Collision and Glass! Thank you so much and my car looks great, "tin man" was in good hands and now has a heart, thank you "OZ"!
