Joseph and Katherine were both so gracious and helpful the entire time my car was in Gerber for repair. I received either a phone call or text message every day keeping me informed of the progress. Phillip also came out to help me get acquainted with my rental car since Hertz only gave me keys and sent me on my way. I will recommend Gerber to all of my friends and family.

Superb customer service, clean and neat facility. Repair on my vehicle excellent, in a timely manner. Vehicle returned cleaned and detailed, hasnt looked this nice in a while. I would go back (hopefully not, though) and recommend to a friend.

I rate the service five stars because the customer service is far above some of the other experiences that I have encountered. Mr. Scott M. was my Estimator and was very informative the entire process from start to finish. This included weekly phone calls with updates on the repairs to the car and daily phone calls near the estimated date to return the vehicle to myself.
