I brought my car in for repair after a collision. While there, I asked to have other body repair work done at my own cost. Not only were the prices reasonable, but the work was fantastic!!!! My car was there for 2 weeks and they called every few days to inform me how things were progressing. I did not have to call them once to find out what was happening. I highly recommend them. My car looks brand new.

This is my second time in two years using Gerber collision to repair after accidents that were not our fault. Both times the team at Gerber have provided awesome service. They kept us informed about the work and the progress frequently so we were always in the loop as to what was happening. The car looks great from the completed work. Also they cleaned the car prior to returning it to us. Cannot say enough positive things about the experience. Already referred a friend and they are very happy also. Except I will say I hope I don't need Gerber again anytime soon. lol

Was told there's a survey on repair quality, customer service, vehicle ready when promised, keeping us informed during the process, vehicle return cleanliness, likeliness of recommending to a friend or colleague, and necessity to return vehicle for rework. All responses are highest of 10, except the return for re-work question, which is a NO.
