I was hit by someone running a stop sign. Whitney N. worked with the at fault driver's insurance company (GEICO) to make sure they covered the costs to fix my vehicle vs totaling the vehicle out. I received my Toyota Highlander back in excellent condition. The process was easy and I was kept up to date on the repairs being done on my vehicle.

WOW! Wonderful service from the moment I walked in the door. Rose greeted me and in 2 minutes we were fast friends....Ginger too! They offered to shuffle vehicles for me to more easily exit, even though they didn't have to, (didn't want to make a NEW dent), and the car looks great. Also theft text messages with status and the repair was completed sooner than I had expected. Great company, great staff. Thanks to you all! .

I had such a great experience with Gerber Collision and Jim. He was so very helpful, explained the whole process to me and got my car done in half the time. Gerber on Atlantic Blvd. is my absolute go-to for collision repair. I've had several repairs done here and have been completely satisfied every single time. The entire staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, and accommodating. The manager, Chad, does a fantastic job of ensuring the entire process is streamlined and seamless. I want to give Gerber and Estimator, David R. , a big thank you!!! I came in to have an estimate made on my damaged exterior mirror on the passage side of my Acura MDX. He did not give me an estimate but actually repaired it on the spot for NO CHARGE!!! My Acura dealership gave me an estimate of $1702.98 to replace the total mirror and support housing!!! David just carefully snapped the mirror and it's inter workings back into place and ALL IS WELL AGAIN!!! Thank you David and Gerber!!! You are highly recommended!!!!!
