Curtis, Wendy, and the entire collision team deserve a round of beers for the outstanding work performed on my 2020 Silverado. I think the truck looks better than the day it rolled off the showroom floor. A sincere thank you for all of the hard work and excellent communication.

Went to Dealer to replace door molding that had come loose. When I left the dealer some molding that hadn't been loose before was now flapping in the wind. I took my car to Gerber and they did a great job. I then decided to replace all the molding and once again they did a great job. I started having problems with my trunk lid not closing. After doing some testing I found that it was only when I used the floor button that it wouldn't close. It closed fine if I used the key fob. Jay D is the one that I have dealt with for the repairs and he said if you can still use the key fob why bother with repairing the wire connection. I decided I wanted to go ahead and repair it. After they took everything apart they found that the wire didn't need to be repaired but just cleaned up and reattached. Evidently the wire had come loose from the lock. Jay ... D and the Receptionist (Milene?) were great to work with on all 3 of these jobs read more

From start to finish this process was flawless. I could not be more happy with the finished product and I even got my car cleaned well it looks detailed thanks for the extra touch. My estimator Kelly F. was beyond professional and even touched up a couple scratches while she had my car. 10 out of 10!! I hope to not have to be back in a body shop in the future but if I do Gerber's is the only place to go. I will be referring anyone needing collision repairs. THANK YOU!!

I'm sure the whole staff is amazing but I worked closely with Kelly and Kelly! Very professional, detailed in marking the damage to our truck and even better we had our truck back weeks before the scheduled date (thank goodness because chauffeuring my husband around was not fun??) Also shout out to Rob, poor guy drove me back to work when I dropped the truck off and he listened to me talk about nonsense the whole ride, I didn't have any cash for a tip but I offered to wax his eyebrows ?? he politely declined

I would recommend this location 100%. From the 1st call we made to them about our car being in a accident we knew we where in good hands. They are very professional and listened to all our concerns we had with my 2026 Toyota Sienna. April called us every week with an update and if we called Kelly was always helpful. This location has an amazing manager and group of people working there.

I would recommend Gerber to everyone and anyone. The customer service is exceptional. As soon as you walk in you know your car will be in good hands. The people working there are so nice and kept us informed the whole time. My car looked brand new and so clean when we got it back. We will be returning to have work done not related to the accident. They made a stressful experience easy. Thank you everyone especially Kelly F.
