They fixed my car beautifully. It looks brand new. They even cleaned my car through the car wash and it looks so good. I would recommend them. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They keep you up to date on the progress of your car .

I initially went to the location on W Tennessee st I wouldn't advise anyone go there I called Scott just overwhelmed he said drop by let me take a look Randy cake out with only compassion and empathy listen to me vent fixed my car could've bashed the other location but did not I've been having a rough lady couple of months and the empathy these guys showed me just lighten my load I don't give bad reviews but I do take the time to give good ones

Backed into a solid dumpster trailer. No damage to the corner of the trailer. No injuries. Only my 2015 vehicle was damaged. Rear lift gate & window demolished. Bumper & taillights no damage. My mechanic recommended Gerber Collision. The estimate included a used liftgate, which saved money and was the same color as my vehicle, so didn't need to be painted. The replacement was completed quickly; looks good and everything works perfect. The final bill was underestimate. Saving me $$$. The staff was kind and courteous. Kevin, Lisa & the technician took excellent care my car. I highly recommend Gerber Collision. Thank you getting me back on the road!

Got hit by the debris on I95 very badly 2 times in one blow. the bumper was destroyed and there was a big crack on the passenger door. There were several cars in the shop with the similar issues and it was very frustrating to be punished for nothing. But Kelly was awesome! A great specialist and friendly to deal with. She called on the status of the parts delivery and the car readiness, always keeping me in the loop. The car was finished right on time. It looks like new.

We recently had a rear end collision while we were stopped at a stop street. We had a very positive experience with Gerber Collision in the past and did not hesitate to use their services again. We met with our adjuster at our assigned appointment time. She evaluated our car's damage and provided us with our estimate. We dropped our vehicle off the next day to be fixed. The work was completed on time and sooner than expected. Great job. We would not hesitate to use their services again if the need arose.
