I cannot say enough good things about this Gerber Collision location and Joshua Brown. He was extremely professional, communicated often, always returned my calls promptly, and without his assistance I could not have gotten my claim handled from 5 hours away. I am a small business owner of 3 companies, and I wish I had employees like Joshua on my team. Gerber, you need to hang on to this employee...he is worth his weight in gold!

This is the new location in Crossroads Shopping Center. So someone felt the need to smash my passenger mirror on my Ram 1500. I did my due diligence and ordered the correct mirror off Amazon. But the wiring harness didn't match . I am 75, lost sleep over this. I went in to Gerber Collision, Ryan/ Joe said we got this. They had the new mirror on in 10 minutes, refused payment, I recommend this Company and if needed will go back to Ryan and Joe, thank you so much, you made my day????????????????????

What I thought was a little job was much bigger than expected. Colston was excellent at giving updates and letting me know where my vehicle was every step of the way. Im sure he has a tough job as everyone needs their vehicles, and he was extremely professional and caring. He is an exceptional person and dedicated employee.

The folks of Gerber Collision in Melbourne were amazing with my vehicle. They were all incredibly friendly and professional. The ones that really stood out to me were Nicole H. the two Kelly's (especially Kelly F.), and Rob. My car never looked better and I'm very happy with it. Reggie walked me out to look over the needed repairs and kept me updated via text during each step of the repair process. Highly recommend Gerber for accident repairs.

Everyone at this location is very friendly, professional and efficient. The repair I had done was "under promised and over delivered". The parts were on hand when I dropped off the car and they initially thought it would take 3-5 days. I dropped off at 11:00 on Monday and got a call on Tuesday saying the car was ready. Everything was done to perfection. Rebecca and Charles are top notch employees!
