I had an exceptionally good experience at Gerber Collision Center. Both "Kelly and Kelly" were superb, the very best! From the moment we brought our car in for an estimate to the moment we picked up our car; every detail was taken care of. we received timely updates throughout the process, never any issues. My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass has been outstanding in every way. The bodywork repair and painting could not have been better. Every detail from small to large was addressed. We couldn't be any happier with the outcome. Kelly kept us updated the entire time that Gerber had the car. Not only that, they completed the work 8 days before the original estimate. They also did an outstanding job cleaning the car, including the interior. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass on Hibiscus for any of your bodywork needs and if I ever need bodywork again, will call them without a second thought.

Let me start by saying Aaron and his entire team went absolutely above and beyond for us! We were in an accident and our insurance company recommended Gerber Collision & Glass. Since this is our only family vehicle, I was honestly very nervous about handing it over and trusting someone else with it. From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible. The work was completed promptly-actually before our estimated completion date-and the quality of the work went far beyond what we expected. Our Subaru looked absolutely brand new again! I hope I am leaving the right location to leave this review! Jeanette was awesome! I told her I wanted a customer pay estimate and thought maybe it could be rubbed or buffed out. She said I'll be right back...she took the time to take some lacquer and managed to wipe it off! Gave me an estimate if I would like to have a repair done in the future! Loved the honesty! This place is a 10 out of 5 stars! Yes. They more than exceeded expectations with repairs on my vehicle. From the very knowledgeable and professional Ashley who went over every step of the process, including help with obtaining a rental car, to Kevin, the Estimator, things could not have been easier. My vehicle was repaired perfectly in an amazingly fast time. They even made returning the rental car easy; I was able to leave it on the premises. I can't praise the quality of work and professionalism of the staff highly enough.
