I wish there was a 20 star rating. These professionals at the palm bay location are super stars. From beginning to end they made me feel like I was thier only customer. Kelly the collision estimates is awesome to say she is a professional is an understatement. Kelly at the front desk made me feel like I was family. The work was over and above If you want work done on your vehicle by dedicated pros in Melbourne and Palm Bay don't go anywhere else, the price is fair and all aspects are true. I have had so many bad experiences with Collision shops that I find it hard to trust any of them. Will at Gerber has just put that trust back into my experience. I received a text message almost immediately on the next step and where they were. The communication the company had was superior to anything I had delt with in my past with companies.
