The best customer service was the text messages during the repairs and updates for completion. This was coordinated with the Leesburg center and Erica was quick to return my calls, fully answered my questions. She has a positive, upbeat and friendly manner.

within an hour of my accident, went to GERBER COLLISION, they spoke with my insureance, set up wtih a rental car and I was on my home. AWESOME customer insureance. Jennifer was extrememly professional and compassionate about being upset from the accident. Would reccomend anyone and everyone to come here.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!@! drove in at 415, they took care of me and had me at the rental Enterprise and headed home in less than 30 min or less. Jennifer was the person who pulled the rabbit out the hat and created magic. i was home in less that an hour from the time of the accident to the time of getting a rental care and sent home and did not have to worry about my care. it was in safe hands. defnitiely go here....

From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience throughout the process. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I am very pleased with both the excellent results of the finished repair work and the amount of time my vehicle was in for service. Also, I was updated each morning so I knew what was happening. All the staff members I was in contact with were extremely polite and knowledgable . If I ever need car repair again or know of anyone else who does I will definitly return to Gerbers or recommend them to others. Thanks to all for the fantastic service.

Very professional, friendly, and informative. ALL of the staff from Brittany at the front desk to my estimator Mark...they were always there to take my calls, update me on the status of my car and help in any other way possible. All of the girls in my office suggested Gerber Collision to me when I found a rather deep door ding on my vehicle after work...To be honest I had never heard of this shop before until then. I will never take my car to ANYONE else. This will be my go to facility to repair my car. Gerber made my car look brand new!! Thank you!!!!

In mid-April 2016 Gerber Collision repaired my Mercedes E350 after an accident virtually ruined 70% of the driver side of the vehicle. The substantial work took about two weeks to complete and the results exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job welding new parts in, replacing the entire back door, the rear panel, matching the paint perfectly and keeping me informed as the work progressed. A special thank you to Rosa, the Gerber representative who called me frequently to let me know how work was going and when things were being done along the way. We were very please with the service and the manager with ongoing updates until our vehicle was ready. Our truck was very well taking care of and returned in tip top shape and they even thoroughly cleaned it inside. Ed is an asset to this location. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
