The best customer service was the text messages during the repairs and updates for completion from the repair shop in Orlando. My car originally went to the Leesburg location and their decision to send my car to Orlando was fully explained. At the Leesburg center Erica was quick to return my calls and fully answered my questions. She has a positive, upbeat and friendly manner. While walking to the office, the service techs were friendly. The atmosphere is one of a local establishment.
