My wife and I arrived at Gerber at 2 PM and were promptly greeted by your appraiser, George. George had with him the damage appraisers from Geico and a representative from Enterprise. The 3 worked smoothly as a team and my wife and I were on the road in our rented car it less than 25 minutes. This was the 2nd time within a year that we brought our car to this Gerber location for bodywork and we could not be more pleased with how we were treated the quality of the work done.

Our Estimator was Tom, he went out of his way to even provide my wife transportation to get back home the day she dropped the truck off, he was very professional, friendly and handled our claim quickly. Everyone that my wife dealt with at Gerber was friendly and helpful. The repair looks great. Would definitely recommend to friends and coworkers if they are ever are looking for Body Shop and repair. Tom has handled 2 separate claims for our family in recent years. This time being our 17 year old daughter's first fender bender. Tom continually kept communicating with us regarding the procedure and explained the repairs. We felt fully confident that her vehicle may have come away from Gerber Collision, Deland better than it was even before the accident. Mark and Brittany were the Estimator/Representative who were my point of contact at Gerber. Mark and Brittany were; simply put; AWESOME! I'm very particular about my vehicle and pay close attention to every little detail. The team at Gerber exceeded my highest expectation on handling my repairs as well as working with my insurance company (Infinity Insurance, who was equally as AWESOME!) With all of the fly-by-night companies and shoddy workmanship you get from more than half of any type of vehicle service provider; choosing a garage to take your vehicle to (for any type of repair) is always a daunting task.
