I looked forward to seeing wills face at the front desk each time I came in he was very sweet and professional he went over everything with me thoroughly, anyone that came up front from the back were pleasant to talk to. Brian made sure my car was done on time right before the storm he made sure to walk me through everything they did he was very kind and patient with me. They even detailed my car inside and out I'm very impressed with the staff and how my car turned out I highly recommend Gerber Collision for any of your automotive repairs!

Everything is great! I picked it up after it being snowy and they let my car heat up and melt before giving it to me. However I had low tire pressure off the lot. That's expected with the cold tho! It was expected to be ready within 4-6 weeks, then they gave us an updated estimate for an extra month - then delivered our car the next week!

Love your team here at this location - they all work amazing together and get the customer helped no matter what. They let me know my cars status all through the process and finished 2 weeks ahead of time. Yes i know they can take time to get the car in the shop initially but all places are that way and the fact that they finished well ahead of time was the best Christmas surprise a customer could ask for.
