Kim provided me with consistent updates, and not only was the vehicle returned to me in better condition then it was previously, but it was also completed prior to the week being over. Exceptional service, quality, and craftsmanship from Ellicott City. I will be using Gerber again.

I was first disappointed since my car was in their garage for 10 days waiting for a part while I was paying for a rental car. Finally the part came in and the job was finished within 48 hours. I drove out to pick up the car on a snowy blizzard-y day and the car was promptly ready for me. They even pulled it up to the front door and turned on the heat so I could jump right in. The people were so courteous, especially the guy (name?) who called me with progress reports and who was there to hand my car over to me.
