Mike and his team were outstanding. They provided continuous updates throughout the process and gave me a breakdown of the work that was done on my car when I arrived to pick it up. They even had it clean inside and out and looking better than it had in over a year when I picked it up. All that after doing work on the underside of the vehicle. Most places would do the work and have you pick it up. It's little things like this that go a long way to customer satisfaction. Mike and his team truly take pride in their work and it shows. From top to bottom this is a very well run shop and they have my highest recommendation. Thank you again everyone!

I took my car in to have the hail damage repaired and it came back looking brand new! I actually cried when they brought it out, it looked so beautiful! The staff was great. Especially Jeff, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything and called twice a week to keep me informed on the progress. I am so happy with the results and if I ever need another repair, I will definitely take it back to them. Jeff and Justice are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired.

She was thorough and made me feel very comfortable. She was personable and made me want to do business with Gerber. The work on my car was minor, but I felt just as important as a major job. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and my experience with Gerber Collision in Cary. Grayson was able to work with me and get an estimation done to fit my busy schedule. He was also able to work out a way for me to leave my tailgate at Gerber while they repaired it. The same day I had the estimation, I left my tailgate, and it was done the NEXT DAY. Where do you get that kind of service?!? I could tell that this team really cares about the customer and customer satisfaction. Everyone was extremely polite and always made me feel like I was important and top priority. Thank you Gerber Collision for an excellent repair I will definitely be back with all my future auto body work. You rock!

My brand-new Jeep was hit on the rear right corner by this lady, and her insurance company sent me to the Gerber Collision location on Alpharetta Hwy (Roswell, GA) for an estimate. I had already talked to the dealership and they recommended another place, but the way they brushed me off over there rubbed me the wrong way. Richard, and later in the process Larry took such good care of me that I decided to leave my Jeep to be fixed there instead of the place recommended by the dealership. Both Richard and Larry answered my 3 million questions, and were throughout the process very courteous, friendly and professional. I hope not to be involved in an accident ever again, but should I ever need body or paint work for my vehicles this is the place I will bring them to.
