Experience: my expectations were great at Gerber collision Great customer service my rating is 5 stars...Lady front desk Norma was really helpful and my estimator Dulce Chavez was really patient and answer my questions and was keeping me updated with my car process. Also a young men name Alex was really helpful as well he explained to me the procedure of my car and what they exactly did to it. My experience was great at Gerber collision at 63rd st Chicago Illinois, I highly recommend this place the work they did on my car Chevy Camaro silver looks amazing parts where already there before i drop my car off and it only took them 2 days to fixed. Car was extremely clean(including interior and engine compartment) when I picked it up. I think they detailed the car. Service person spent time with me and made sure everything was operating (lights,turn signals,washers etc) properly. Excellent fit and finish of the repaired parts, better than the way the vehicle came from the factory. Repair bill was easy to understand and very detailed. Excellent experience, would definitely recommend or go back (hopefully I will not need their service again) Office staff and receptionist were very friendly and efficient. Did not waste my time, were very well organized when I came to pick up my car.m Highly recommend this repair shop.

I chose Gerber Collision and Glass and also utilized the Liberty Mutual 'Valet Service Option'. I made extraordinary choices on both decisions. Let me say that nobody likes to be victimized by a 'Smash and Dash' but the combination of Gerber's skill, commitment and professionalism, when combined with Liberty Mutual's consumer friendly policies and procedures, made my horrible situation as painless as possible. It was great to have my rental vehicle delivered to my home and the work done by Gerber was superb ! The repairs were completed earlier than estimated and my car was returned in almost showroom condition. My estimator/service coordinator was MS Amy F. and I have to credit her with much of my positive experience. Amy was extremely professional but low key as well. This put me at ease and I felt that my vehicle was in good hands. You ... could tell that she likes her job and this was reflected in her performance and the expert repairs. Amy kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and facilitated the completion of the project. She constantly inquired about what she could do to make my aggravating and stressful situation better. It is amazing to me that I really feel that Amy cared. This was certainly a first for me when it comes to auto repair. I may have been victimized by a miscreant who hit my vehicle and absconded but that was where my misfortune ended. THANK YOU AMY, GERBER COLLISION AND LIBERTY MUTUAL FOR WORK EXTREMELY WELL DONE !
