Being the reason I was brought to you guys in the first place was a car accident I was not at fault for my was not happy about the situation to start with. Frank was more than helpful. He made several phone calls for me and actually looked out for me when I had huge problems with car rental. The amount of phonecalls he made were way too much , so much that I felt bad for him and started to the phone calls myself! I wanted him to relax a bit because he told me how much work his store had. I never had anyone go this far for a customer. The updates were extremely helpful, they also finished TWO whole weeks ahead of time. I was getting sick of that rental car.
