Great experience yesterday. I had some minor damage - paint from a friend's mailbox on the car, and went in for an estimate. The inspector said this is no problem; he got some rubbing compound and some cleanup solvent, and in five minutes the paint was gone. That's all we really needed, and he was honest enough to say so. We'll go back the next time we have damage that needs work.

I've used Gerber one other time with a great experience then and wasn't disappointed this time. They took care of all the details and did a wonderful job repairing my car after a hail storm caused damage. The fact that they are in the preferred list for my insurance definitely was a plus!

Zak did an excellent job explaining to me how the repairs were going to work and he worked very well to clarify the different repairs from 2 separate collisions and he needed to work with 2 different insurance companies. He was also flexible to change dates of the repair start and he waited for the "estimator" of the second insurance company. He was also able to fit the schedule to make additional body repairs beyond the repairs for the collisions. I paid for the additional repairs. It was a pleasure to work with him. It was also a pleasure to work with Magalis in the front desk and she assisted with the renal car and all the necessary paper work. Keep up the good work!!!

All of the associates were extremely friendly and helpful! I didn't have to wait long at all to check the car in, and especially didn't have to wait long to pick the car up. They also made sure to tell me not to wash the car for a certain period of time to make sure the paint wasn't ruined. 5 Stars for the crew here! Thanks again! Will refer all friends and family to this location!

I want to say I had the BEST service at this facility! your Estimator, Wendy B, is such an incredible asset to your team. She took all of the stress away from an extremely stressful situation. My truck backed into someone else, who then right afterwards backed into mine, so there were 2 accidents within one, so 2 different insurance companies and 2 separate estimates were required. She handled the situation with such care and professionalism (which by the way, is RARE at any business these days). She not only kept me updated with any new information, she referred me to a convenient car rental place (when the one I had was not being cooperative). I got a nice gas efficient rental which was a bonus. The service at your facility was done ahead of schedule and I have no complaints, only praise for this sweet woman.
