Updates on the progress of my repair was unexpected but very welcome. The final result was a perfect repair and the fact that Gerber handled all transactions with my insurance company was especially nice.

I was hit by the Lakewood hailstorm in early May 2017, which totaled all the cars next to me. My windshield was cracked, paint chipped in several locations, and dents from the truck to the hood. Gerber was able to fix my car in two weeks! I couldn't be happier with the repairs! I swear my car is as good as new :) They even popped out a dent from a previous hit and run. Very pleased with their services!

On May 5th I was in a accident. It involved some body damage to my Tahoe. May 8th I took it to Gerber Collision in Rockford. Working with them in the past I felt most comfortable there. Jim, Alexis & the staff couldn't have been more helpful, kind & caring. I asked them a couple times to look for things in my truck, they were always in contact with me & letting me know what was going on with the repairs. Jim is aware of the need for my vehicle (I do have a daughter in a wheel chair so its not easy to just get another vehicle to drive as I have to be sure a wheelchair & my other 2 kids fit) & I truly felt he was trying to get it back to me as much as I needed it back. Once again, Bill took care of me immediately . The wait when I came in was minimal and I brought work with me while the part was being changed out as I was told it could take approx. 20 minutes....I don't think I waited more than 12 minutes and it was done. I'm very impressed with the great communication, overall Customer Service and the work that's been done on my vehicle. I will also continue to recommend Gerber Collision.
