Most people know automobile accidents are hard to deal with for so many reasons. When dealing with auto repair it's great to know I don't have to worry about who to go to anymore. I am unfortunate in repeatedly being hit by negligent drivers, and once again I found myself needing my vehicle repaired. Where do I begin! We had my car taken to this shop location to be repaired. It was unfortunate it was hit by a fork lift - accident in a parking lot. The repair staff made phone calls each day telling us how things were going and what they were doing. Wow! Than was great! When it was complete - now it is beautiful - I got inside and something strange was present...I did not think it was my car because it was CLEAN on the inside! Double Wow! That is the greatest service we have had in a very long time. Thank you very much!

My experience with Gerber was excellent from start to finish. The receptionists were welcoming and ensured you were prepared to have your car repaired. The estimator Milton P was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to his job. He explained the results of his inspection of the damage on my car . He went step by step of what I needed to repair my car. He kept me informed of my cars repair progress. When I picked up my car he walked me through the repair process.
