His orchestration through the entire repair cycle of my vehicle was beyond reproach. Jeffery accepted nothing but superb quality of the repairs and ensured that I was thoroughly satisfied. He kept me completely apprised through the complete repair process providing me with photos and explanation of the repairs was undergoing. Hopefully, I will not have to undergo such a repair process in the future, but should I have to you can rest assured it will be performed by Gerber.

You will find that your new Kenosha store has the respect of the entire southeastern Wisconsin area. Great work, prompt service. Took my Honda in for stuck tailgate today. Could have cost up to $400. They replaced switch and got it operating for less than half of that. I'll be back.
