They did a very nice job repairing the damage caused by my minor auto accident. Also worked within my personal budget to do some other (non-accident-related) body work that was not covered by insurance. They also were conscientious about keeping me updated about the progress of their work so I might know when to expect them to have finished. It took a week which seemed like a reasonable length of time to me.

I especially come to this shop because of the manager, Drew. He always explains in detail what needs to be done, is very polite and obviously an expert at what he does. I appreciate his advice and expertise. I always tell people if they need body work done this is the place to go. Please make sure you tell Drew how much I appreciate him.
