Excellent customer experience. Wendy kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle throughout its repair and coordinated seamlessly with Enterprise regarding my rental. She also coordinated discrepancies with my insurance carrier to ensure that I got the highest quality parts available for my repair without me having to get involved. To put icing on the cake, I found out that they also took my vehicle for an alignment the day before I got it back adding to the value of their work. My repair was an extensive one that required very specialized parts and labor. When I received my vehicle back, the repair was flawless and also clean on the inside and outside. I found their work to be of the highest professionalism and their communication to be thorough.

During my shift the apartment shuttle developed a door jam witch caused an alarm to go off rendering the shuttle unsafe to drive I took it to Gerber Collision explained the situation and they immediately came out and worked on it until it was safely secured again Their quick response got me back on the road within the hour transporting the University of Michigan students to their classes on campus Without their help the shuttle could have been out of service for days instead of minutes On behalf of me and my students! Thanks Guys
