Greg the estimator was courteous ad knowledgeable at time of inspection and write up. I loved the texting feature to keep me informed of the repair timeline. Upon pickup I was amazed to find that they replaced the entire rear tailgate assembly and they detailed my car inside and out!

When I picked up my vehicle, Mely A. explained the replacements and repairs. Not only was she nice and professional, but she has a great personality and made it easier to understand the warranties. While it was frustrating that parts were on backorder, Gerber kept us updated. Collisions can cause a great deal of anxiety and frustration, Gerber eased the stress and answered all of our seemingly endless questions. We appreciated their transparency and professionalism while walking us through the process of our collision repair. When the repairs were complete, staff went through the repairs with us in detail to ensure we understood what our vehicle had been through and our vehicle looked new.
