I had a great customer experience. It started with Kelly (appointment coordinator). I had a close encounter with a deer that caused significant damage to my Town and Country wheelchair accessible minivan. I explain to Kelly that I couldn't leave the van for multiple days as it is my primary means of getting around. Kelly worked with Don (General Manager) to insure that the inspection took place quickly enabling me to get the van back the same day. Parts were ordered and my minivan was repaired in two days. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Don, Kelly and their repair team. They understood my requirement to get the van back quickly and they exceeded my expectations.
