YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL! I had such a good experience working with the people who work at the Woodinville store. Reno Bauwens went well beyond the call of duty. I parked the rental car I was driving in my driveway and after exiting it the doors automatically locked and the keys were still inside. I called Gerber and - Reno to the rescue! He came to my house and after several trips to get the right equipment got my car door opened and saved the day. Thanks Reno & the good people at Gerber Collision in Woodinville.

After the unfortunate event of having my new car stratched & dented in a parking lot by someone who didn't leave a note (hit and run), I choose Gerber Collision & Glass in Woodinville. I had been there 15 months before with another car. The workmanship at Gerber is excellent. The estimate for time of repair was right on, even though additional damage was identified that the initial estimate could not have found. I live 2 miles from Gerber. Since I have rental car coverage, Enterprise met me there with a car which I was able to return to Gerber. It doesn't get more convenient than that. My already high opinion of Gerber was exceeded when Jennifer sent an email the day after I dropped off the car with an update, and a 2nd email a day later which included a commitment to have my car ready later that day. Having a car damaged is a ... stressful event. The repair shop can add to the frustrution & reduce it. The Gerber professionals reduced the frustration. I'd prefer to never need collision repair again. If/when I do, I'll most likely go to Gerber unless the circumstances wouldn't allow me to do so. read more

The driver side fender of my car got backed into. The work was done and ready for me to pick up in 3 days with no hassle. They also painted over a nearby old scratch near the damage for me after I had made it clear that it was not caused by the accident. I really appreciated it and in the future when I get the money I will most definitely have them fix the other nicks and wear and tear on the aesthetics of my car.

I had a great experience at Gerber. My truck had been hit and run and there was significant structural damage to the bed and bumper area. It was going to take some skill to get the shape of the metal back to where it needed to be. I take my truck in and right away I'm taken care of by a guy who puts together a logical estimate. I get an awesome rental car with no nonsense from the Enterprise rep (no dumb questions like: "Are you SURE you don't want our additional insurance?"). Two days later the truck is completely fixed and it looks factory new. Zero problems. Zero defects. They even detailed my chrome wheels. I'm typically a really skeptical guy about automotive repairs. I've been worked over one too many times. Gerber hit every note and gave me NOTHING to complain about. Thank you very much!

Excellent organization and very professional service from Jennifer, Christine and Reno at the Woodinville site in Wa. Service was quick and thorough but also considerate and kind . They kept us informed throughout the entire process. Final cost was very close to the the original estimate and the car was repaired perfectly and in a very reasonable time period. The staff at this particular location are indeed a credit to your company.

Jennifer and Gerber collision were wonderful. It took awhile for the repairs to be done....no fault with Gerber but Toyota. Jennifer kept us appraised of any and all changes. We felt the knowledge from her was anxiety reducing during the long ordeal of waiting for parts from TOYOTA! Finally our truck was repaired and we had a full accounting of all that had been done. I was so impressed with your Woodinville office when I had my appraisal that I made the trip back across the water to have the repair done there. (I live in Port Townsend on the Olympic Peninsula) Jennifer could not have been more courteous or helpful, and the same was true of the other people in the office.
