I had a great experience with Gerber, throughout the whole process - from estimate to completion. The estimate went quickly and smoothly. The estimator was friendly and helpful when I had questions regarding my insurance coverage. The lead time to schedule an appointment was short,. Although they had to keep my vehicle longer than originally estimated (some other parts needed to be ordered) they completed it within the revised timeframe. My car was clean and looked great when I picked it up! The only negative is that I noticed my temperature controls have not worked properly since I had my car repaired. Gerber suggested I take it somewhere else for evaluation, and to call back if there's a link between the temperature control and the front bumper repair.

"After being nearly sideswiped and swerving into a median at 50mph to avoid a minivan driver on the phone my 2010 Nissan Titan was in need of some serious repair. Being New to the area and never having had to use a body shop , Gerber was Recommended by the service department at Cambell Nelson Nissan. The dealership told me if I took My Titan to Gerber That I would get it back and not even be able to tell that it was ever in the shop. I have heard all the horror stories, numerous return trips to the shop after your vehicle is so called "fixed" but I figured that the dealership was ok with Gerber soooo..... to Gerber my Titan went. I will have to say, frrom the day I walked in to the time I picked up my truck Reno Bauwens kept me in the loop about what was happening and how the repairs were going. Jennifer and Christine and Reno were wonderful to work with. I dealt mainly Jennifer and Christine. Both were very professional, communicating with me frequently re: status of the repairs. Jennifer was a very calming influence for me when I first brought my car in. Christine stayed after hours a bit when I ran late to pick up my car. The repairs seem perfect.
