This was a wonderful experience...I was involved in an accident 4 years ago with my Volvo and took it to a "different" shop and it was the "repair from hell"...I am very pleased with Gerber...They did EVERYTHING they said they would...They called with updates...they were professional and the staff was awesome...5 star service.! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service!! The call every day to let me know the progress was very helpful and the quality was fabulous. They delt with the insurance company so it was painless for me. We just bought an old van for cheap and will definatley have Gerber fix it up for us!
