I am extremely pleased with my car repairs. This company worked on my car after another collision company accepted my repairs but then decided not to work on my car but never let me know. They also used 1/4 tank of my gas and then swore they didn't but there was gas missing and I didn't have the car because they had it. So then I was referred to Gerber Collision and glass and my whole world changed for the better. John D., the estimator, not only had the utmost professional attitude and was very knowledgeable and right away I felt safe and not worried at all about leaving my car there. They also repaired driver's window which was a separate repair from the State Insurance claim repair. I had the car back within about 1 1/2 days. When I saw my car I was ecstatic from not only the perfect job they did but also because they washed my car. ... This type of service is extraordinarily hard to come by. The level of customer service skills I received was a breath of fresh air compared to everywhere else. I will happily refer others to them and I will not go anywhere else unless they can't repair it, which I seriously doubt would ever be the story. read more

Wonderful service. Took awhile to get it done but it was the insurance not the body shop. I'm so happy to have my car back and appreciate the service from Gerber. If I ever have another collision I will definitely take my cat to them again.

I would 100 stars if that was an option!!! Absolute, professional, and master of their crafts. This has been the best experience I have ever had in my entire life dealing with any type of auto repair. The entire team is not only the most friendly and most professional group of individuals I have ever met in this particular field or trade, but they know exactly what they are doing and kept me informed the entire time of the process and the timeframe and everything in between. I will never use another company ever again and I will recommend Gerber to everyone I know and even though I don't. In a situation as stressful as dealing with any type of auto repair, especially when you are in a collision right before Christmas, Joe and the entire team removed all elements of stress from my shoulders and from me entirely. Absolute best of the best ... of the best and the progress text messages was so amazing, I never had to guess and I never... Not once, did I have to call them and ask them what the status was. They kept me in the loop the entire time and their professionalism is so exceptional, I have not seen such teamwork since I was in the Army. ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED BEYOND BELIEF!!! It was State Farm that recommended this particular Gerber on 19006 Hwy 99. Several years ago, they did a FANTASTIC JOB on my late sister's Toyota Avalon, hit while parked. Lot of damage. Today, when I went to pick up my Infiniti QX4, I thought, no, no that isn't my car. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!! Scott, everyone I met there, deserve an INFINITE STAR rating. And they are the NICEST people, too. They made my car look SPECTACULAR. Like BRAND NEW!! Look no further. My insurance agent knows EXCELLENCE. Said he would go nowhere else. Now I know why.

Recently had some front end work completed on a Mercedes GLA250 by Gerber in Woodinville @ 14201 NE 190th St. We HIGHLY Recommend Devin C. & crew: they did exceptional work & the techs are true craftsmen. Devin & Theresa are terrific to work with, thoroughly explained the estimate & repairs, provided a parts layout of the front end & all items that need to be replaced. They provided a perfect 6-day timeline for the repair job & kept us posted along the way. The billing process via Safeco Insurance was seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Gerber Facility!!

We had a great experience with Gerber. We used to use another auto body shop in the area, but their estimate was high so my husband recommended trying Gerber. The total cost was lower, it was completed quickly and the work was top notch. Everyone I dealt with in the office was professional and friendly.
