Gerber Collision kept me informed and did an excellent repair. They were professional and polite. I gladly paid the $50 co-pay and then found that they had cleaned the car inside and out which saved me at least $25.

Although the auto involved was a very complicated vehicle to deal with, the team at Gerber collision ended up putting my brand-new vehicle (a 2026 with less than 300 miles) back together successfully. I sincerely believe that it has been completely restored. They had to navigate some difficult challenges relative to the availability of certain parts and relative to extremely sophisticated technology. Their communication with me was excellent and all the people I dealt with were kind, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Gerber Collision.

I'm incredibly impressed with my experience at Gerber Collision. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, including the front desk staff. Kaylee, my estimator, was especially wonderful. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, was incredibly friendly, and made it clear that if I had any questions or needed anything, I could reach out to her. They did a fantastic job repairing the damage from my accident, but what really stood out was that they went above and beyond and also took care of some additional damage on the opposite side of my bumper that wasn't related to the accident. When I picked my car up, the bumper looked brand new. They also washed the exterior and clearly took the time to clean up the inside of my car as well, which was such a nice surprise.
