While I was mortified to have backed into something and damaged my car, I have been thrilled with the service at Gerber. Initial estimate was quick, scheduling repair was easy, communication was fabulous. Not only was my car delivered early, it was spotless and I have every confidence that repairs were completed accurately. I don't want to have a need for future repairs, but I will absolutely pick Gerber again.

Great service and experience. The shop staff were communicative throughout the process. They are conveniently located in my area and they also work with my car insurance which made the rental car coordination much easier. I received my vehicle in great condition both outside and inside as they took extra care to keep it clean while repairs were being done. Highly recommend!

Great service. Got the car back a day earlier than I expected and the work was perfect. You would never know that anything had damaged it. Paint is perfect, and cannot tell the damaged area had been painted. Also the people are very friendly and helpful! Thank You.

This was my first ever experience in filing a claim for an auto collision. And even though it was a mild fender-bender and the vehicle was still drive-able, I had no idea how to go about the actual repair process. Gerber was available throughout, even during bad snowstorms and delivery delays. In the end, our van, Annie, was back looker sharper--and cleaner!--than ever. And, with early delivery to boot! I am very, very satisfied, and I want folks to know that Gerber delivers and can be trusted!

Although I have not used Gerber Collision in Issaquah (I'm still trying to get an appointment somewhere that is less than 3+ months into the future), I have to say their office personnel are fantastic. I have called 15 businesses and Gerber Issaquah was the most professional and helpful (and friendly) of all of them.

What a great experience! I brought my car into Gerber to get an estimate on repairing my side passenger mirror on our 2022 Hyundai Tuscan, after getting a quote from the dealership of $1300 to replace the entire mirror. During the estimate, Josh the GM, said they could replace a few parts rather than having to replace the entire unit. The Parts Manager, Christian, kept me well informed on the cost of parts, as well. Not only did I not have to place a claim to my insurance, the total cost of the repair was 1/6th of the cost quoted from the dealership! Great job Gerber!
