Gerber's customer service was outstanding. They were very courteous, and communicative throughout the process and showed concern towards their customers. The repair work was of very high quality, and my car looks good as new. This is my 3rd time in bringing my car to them over the years for repairs, and I would totally recommend them to anyone.

First time dealing with a collision repair. I will always refer this company from the day I called they were friendly and got my car in that day. It was repaired, repainted and ready within 2 weeks. They helped me with my insurance and how to handle everything from getting me a rental car to calling them personally and helping me. Scott and Elijah were amazing employees for your company, I showed up right before closing on a Friday and was greeted with nothing but respect, information I needed to know and kindness.

Michael not only made it so that neither I or the individual who caused the damage were inconvenienced. That is over and beyond what we expect in this day and time. The preliminary estimate was extremely detailed and I understand the body of work for my car. The attendant was very patient in providing details and setting my expectations. Unfortunately, the work could not start until 3 months after the initial estimate, but that was clearly communicated.

While I was mortified to have backed into something and damaged my car, I have been thrilled with the service at Gerber. Initial estimate was quick, scheduling repair was easy, communication was fabulous. Not only was my car delivered early, it was spotless and I have every confidence that repairs were completed accurately. I don't want to have a need for future repairs, but I will absolutely pick Gerber again.
