Scott E and team did an excellent job. Gerber company needs an electronic way to keep customers updated on progress. Make it easier on their teams to do their work and not get bothered with phone calls from customers. ( like me ) Scott and team are top notch and I thank them all for the nice job done.

WA - 1124 Carpenter Rd SE, Lacey - 12/15/23

I had a minor fender-bender with my garage door. It caused some minor scuffing and dislodged a rear quarter panel. Michel K. was able to re-seat the quarter panel with a solid shove and remove most of the scuff at no charge saving me the $500 deductible on my collision insurance. I will certainly use Gerber if the need arises in the future.

I took my Honda in for some body work after someone rear-ended my car. Two days later I got it back and they did an outstanding job repairing the damage. I couldn't tell that anyone had hit my car after they were done. Gerber even cleaned the inside and washed the outside of the vehicle before I picked it back up.

I had a very smooth and wonderful experience with Gerber Redmond WA. All staffs were very friendly, professional and helpful. Initial conversation, making appointment, damage estimate, vehicle drop off and pick up all went smoothly except I got an appointment after 3 months (called on April and got an appointment for August). Luckily, I did not get further damage on my vehicle. Besides, their service was appreciable. Thank you Gerber Redmond, WA team.

Service was outstanding! It took quite a while to get our vehicle back, supply chain issues you know, but when we did it was awesome. The vehicle was so clean, repairs were outstanding, Austin was just the best! We still have to go back for one more piece that is on back order, all part of the supply chain issue happening everywhere. We are confident Austin will call as soon as it arrives. Office personnel very courteous! Austin explained everything simply during the whole repair process. Totally recommend this location!

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this message goes to the right department of Gerber Collision and Glass. If not, please forward it to the correct department. This message is intended to complement two outstanding employees who assisted me this morning at your business location at 2838 Black Lake Blvd. SW, Tumwater, Washington 98512. This past Saturday, 16 September 2023 while driving on I-5 North (Washington State) my car was sideswiped by a speeding hit-and-run driver. My insurance authorized repairs to be made at this Gerber location. By me going to this Gerber location for help today turned out to be a wonderful experience. I was first greeted by Emma M with a warm smile and a beautiful personality. During this stressful time, Emma made me feel at ease immediately. After explaining Gerber's scheduling and taking my information Emma introduced ... me to Wyatt T. Again, a Gerber employee with a great smile and wonderful personality, Wyatt looked at the damage to my car and must have taken at least 20 different photos of the damage, and explained to me his opinion of what it would take to make repairs. I received an estimate an hour later through e-mail. For me, these two outstanding employees made my stressful situation bearable. I am one happy Gerber Collision and Glass customer.
