I tried out Gerber Collision and Glass for the first time last week and was skeptical because of past horror stories with different repair shops in Spokane. Jeff T. and his crew took wonderful care of me and my car. Not only did they repair my vehicle in less time than they originally quoted, but they did so under budget, saving me money. I was thrilled by the service and will be back if I need any maintenance in the future. I couldn't more highly recommend this company. Thank you Gerber!

Our car was damaged by a semi. Scott checked it out and gave us an estimate for repairs. He answered the many questions we had about the process with patience and courtesy. We felt comfortable with Gerber, and trusted them with fixing our car. The results were IMPRESSIVE! You would never know this vehicle had been damaged! We are glad to have found a reliable, trustworthy auto shop that provides consideration to its customers and quality repairs. This company has earned our respect.

These are very friendly and helpful people. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful with my questions. Randy was very friendly as well. He explained what was needed for my auto body repair and thorough in his explanations. After the repair he explained how the work was completed and the challenges. I will certainly recommend Gerber to my family and friends!!

I found Gerber's service to be exceptional. I had backed into my wife's car in the driveway damaging her right front bumper and fender and putting a hole in the left rear bumper on my vehicle. This was not a good day. I first took my wife's car in and because the car was a 2003 I did not want to put any money into it's repair so Gerber pulled out the dent, reattached the bumper, and buffed out the scratches. They did all of this at no cost to me. I next brought in my car for replacing the bumper and paint. The final product was outstanding. They did all of this at a fair price and with a smile. The staff made me feel welcome and they listened to what I wanted to have done. The service was definitely a five star performance from all perspectives and I highly recommend Gerber.

Every person in the office was courteous and efficient! The job was done within the estimated time. I am pleased with the results. The Gerber staff took some of the pain out of being rear-ended, and made an unpleasant situation much easier to handle.
