Firstly, the professionalism of the gentlemen who helped me during my insurance claim and body repair, Jeff T. is bar none. His Clean cut appearance, his professional, at ease, positive attitude, and most importantly, his aggression in handling the details within my claim specifically? Is what made this particular interaction with Gerber Collision my absolute best yet. I've had bodywork done 4 times now by Gerber collision, 2 of the 3 times previous were fixing jacked up work that other body shops did on my insurance claims. Ever since then ive learned to always just "Go with Gerber" However, Realistically, beyond Jeff T. absolute professionalism, The work, My car? my bumper? Never have i seen a bumper match back up so well, in all the time ive seen newer body work done... these lines are smooth and matched. and to top it off, ... the bumper was COMPLETELY painted, not partial, not half primary/accented like most lazy body tech's do. but PERFECT All in all, i wish i could go to Gerber for just any paint/body work. This job was completed beyond our exceptions. They went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb(saw things I did not). When we picked up the vehicle did not think it was ours . Looked better than new. The service we received was like none other. A great big THANK YOU.

It took a long time to get my car back, but that was due to the wait for parts and not the shop it self. My family has had a couple of cars fixed here and the people we have spoken to have been nice and informative about what had been done to fix the car. The only bad thing was the confusion that occurred when calling to tell us that the pick up date had been pushed back and why.

These guys were awesome. They got me right in after a hit & run and took care of everything very professionally. Prior to this, had taken the car in to have business window decals removed from windows/paint and they did it for free! I couldn't believe they didn't charge me. That's why I chose them for my body repair later on. I'll go to them again, without doubt.

Excellent customer service! My estimator kindly walked me through the damage and discussed the repairs that were needed. My budget has been pretty tight, and when I brought that up, we worked through options that fit best for me! My car came out looking fantastic. Affordable and great service! If I need repairs in the future, I'm definitely coming back!
