In the end, I am very satisfied with my service at Gerber. They seemed to have done a great job and kept me well updated along the way. My biggest frustration was how long it took for the process to start. My car was un-driveable so the tow-truck dropped it on Gerber's lot at about 9am on a Monday morning, and I wasn't contacted or given a quote until Wednesday afternoon. Had I been able to move my car, I would have taken it somewhere else. That being said, once the process finally started moving, there were no problems at all and Jeff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience at the Burlington WA location. Chris was very attentive and explained the whole process in detail. He called several times to let me know the progress of the repair and put my mind at ease. When you haven't had your car worked on before because of an accident this means a lot! Great customer service and the best part he said it would be about two weeks and they had it done five days early!! Great experience, great people and one happy customer, keep up the good work guys you have a return customer for life!

Recently my car was damaged in a parking lot - and no note as to hit my car - therefore it was a hit and run situation. I telephoned my Safeco Insurance Company - who referred me to Gerber Collision & Glass. I spoke with Randy B., and he immediately gave me a estimate. Safeco authorized the needed work to repair the car. Randy B. again immediately scheduled repair to begin: 04-19-16. On that day I left my car to repair my front headlight and bumper. Randy B.also found a rental company - Safeco would accept in our insurance policy coverage. WOW Randy B. was awesome. At noon today the repairs were complete - the workmanship was impeccable. They also gave the car a bath which made the car look brand new and shinny. We are so pleased with Randy B. and coworkers who went the extra mile to make this car repair perfect and acceptable to us. ... Our experience was easy and worthwhile.
