Excellent Customer Service. I dropped my car off for collision repair and Gerber helped arrange for my rental car, I didn't have to wait long once I dropped my car off. They gave me an estimate for completion. My car was done 1 day early and looks like it's back in perfect condition. They communicated with me the entire time. Very professional and prompt and kind. Would highly recommend

Gerber has fixed our vehicles in the past, and I had just picked up my friend from this location the day before as they were fixing hers due to a hit and run. Later that afternoon, we found the front right fender on my new CRV popped out and found that someone had backed into my car and hit the front grill, which popped out the right fender. The next day, I stopped in to ask Michael Kitchen if it looked like something that could just be popped back in, or if I needed to schedule service to have it repaired. He looked at it, asked if he could move it into the shop, and came back a few minutes later with it popped back in. No charge! The small crack in the black grill is still there, but barely noticeable and the fender is good as new. Michael is my hero!!! Thank you Gerber Collision.

I have to send another note that Connor K. and the Gerber staff are OUTSTANDING! It is so nice to get the level of service and care that is becoming more and more rare these days. I had a follow up around my repair (that there were no issues with) and Connor was extremely responsive and helpful. I have made a point to let Pemco know as well what a great partner they have in Gerber. Real 5 Start Service!
